Foot Section Slide Kit for Midmark Podiatry Chair Model # 416 & 417

This is a direct replacement for the Foot Section Slide Kit for Midmark 416 and 417 Podiatry Chairs, Midmark Part Number 002-0868-02. The Posts are mounted on the seat weldment side for ease of installation. We have replaced all lock washers with locking nuts. We also use 6 button cap screws with low profile locking nuts instead of pop rivets for ease of installation and assuring proper clearance for the debris tray weldment. Includes the access hole to install the screws closest to the seat. Assembled in the USA. Replacement instructions are provided on the Ebay page.
